How is the gift packaged?

All gifts are carefully packaged in handcrafted wooden gift boxes with lids, decorated with beautiful ribbon. Items that need extra care and protection will be suitably packaged with either wood-wool, tissue paper or bubble wrap.

Can I add a message to the gift?

Yes, add your personal message when you're on the CART page of the checkout process and we'll make sure it's included with the gift box. Alternatively, you may add one of our own standard messages.

How do I make a purchase?

The website has its own checkout. Once you have made your selection,  click the blue ADD TO CART button. You may continue shopping from here or go straight through to the checkout. You may then proceed with the shipping details and payment method to complete the process.

Payment methods?

Our website accepts PayPal Express (credit or debit card). You not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal Express.

Are my card details secure?

PayPal is a trusted leader in worldwide payments with very high level security.  For more info see the PayPal website.

Shipping and delivery

The gift boxes are delivered by courier within New Zealand and by airfreight internationally.  For details, see our "Deliveries" page.

Same day delivery - Christchurch

If the recipient is in the Christchurch central area, we can deliver the gift in person (residential addresses only), but please ensure that someone will be there to accept the delivery. Please request urgent delivery at checkout.

Alcohol in gift boxes

We do not have a liquor license, so cannot sell liquor, but if you purchase the liquor directly (have it delivered to us or order from a shop in Christchurch and we can collect), we can include it in your gift. There would be no additional charge to your gift. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this option.
